I got a 100 on my Political Science paper since I turned it in early. He said he would take rough drafts, but ended up giving all those people 100's. Awesome.
I've lately realized how much I don't like TV. My Mom kept trying to get me to watch something, and I just couldn't for more than 30 seconds. I have so much more on my mind. I just read, write, and compute. At the apartment, Stephanie always watches TV and I stay hidden in my room. And when I come out, it's to the kitchen or to leave.
I want to start skating again. I found a skate mag here at my Mom's and I got that little tingly feeling inside. It was such a timeless era. Honestly, nothing really compares to it. In some ways the years after it had sort of a similar essence; just getting into partying and not realizing that it was going to end. But damn, skateboarding is the champion; being outside all day when it's like a perfect, chill temperature, just being so absorbed. It really is like sweet ego death. Flow, as Csíkszentmihályi would say.
