So, have you even heard about this thing? By what I could make out, the news made a decent bang over here but got very little screen time where it actually maters. In a nutshell:

Just having one of my antisocial bouts, is all. Nose shoved into various games and then into exam books and then back to games again. Nothing very much at all happening lately, so why bug people with that? ;)

You should write about the games! ;)

What have you been playing?

Should I write about games, then that would be a job and once it becomes a job it stops being fun and if its not fun, I donćt feel like doing it. ;)

Casual games, msotly; stupid stuff, the lot of them. I've also been playing the part of a walking, talking Drakensang and Witcher walkthrough for bf. Still beats having him play WoW, though...

It's a job if you're getting paid (eventually), or otherwise if it is some sort of self promotion... wait; the latter probably fits the bill.

I have recommendations! One is Nehrim: At Fate's edge, a German independent game run on Oblivion's engine. Fantasy RPG stuff, with a somewhat darker twist. I played only a little of it due to lack of time, but watched my partner play as well and he liked it for reasons I know I'd like it for too.

I also played an older science fiction strategy game, Nexus: The Jupiter Incident. I don't know if it's your cup of tea: it is a series of missions where you're control of a small fleet, and it's mostly tactics and formations, not resource gathering. But it had a decent plot, great atmosphere, and a good deal of snark in its character's interactions between missions.
