Arrrg!

So with Okamiden coming out this month, and my current dsi screen protector well scratched, I figured it was time for a replacement, and went out and bought a pair from icon, same brand as I used last time. Two protectors, I figured easy replacement, right?

**headesk**

The problem is they ask for a "dust-free" environment, something that doesn't exist in my apartment for some reason. Couldn't get them on without air bubbles at all, and of course, the more you try, the worse it ends up. I'll have to go out and buy another pair tomorrow, and hope it works.. I really don't like shelling out cash for these, esp. considering how hard they are to put on, but play a little Zelda or SF Command on my screen and it really needs them, I don't even want to think about how Okamiden will go. At least this time I'm buying local- previously I tried the infamous "Hori" brand twice and couldn't get them on clean.

Hey Nintendo: for future installments, how about a non-scratching felt-tipped stylus, okay? Just a thought.

**Edit**

Ordered a pair of protectors online for $2.00. Also thinking I'll hit the dollar store and buy a pack of felt. Considering I've got a few backup stylus, using superglue to make one with a soft non-scratch pad on the end might not be a bad thing to try.

ack!
