Lame attempt at poetry

its been too long
since i felt the thrill
of momentary insanity
           every moment
                   changes the future
defining my past

when was the last time
 i felt
           the glorious mystery
                        hands touched,
                                   lips caressed

body held by the warmth of today
say that
      forever is
              an illusion
convinced that tomorrow is a lie
eternity in this moment
all too fleeting...
