oh imeem

imeem, you cheater.

i watched "wonderful life" (the korean-wonderful life) over the weekend. actually, i didn't have much hopes for it cause i was just looking for a filler drama to watch, but i was really surprised as to how addicting it got.
ah, so that's what i was doing instead of studying for my astrology midterm!!! haha that makes sense now.

i've always preferred watching jdramas over kdramas because of the je-factor, but i guess i got over it. mind you, i'm still a big fan of them, but i realized that watching dramas just for eye candy wasn't really all that worth it. i learned that after sticking through all 16 episodes of goong s... lame drama, but it had se7en in it.
it's true, jdramas do have more variety in the sense of their storylines, but kdramas are by far more entertaining and emotional even though the storylines all have like the same annoying aspect such as the fighting couple, the vixen, the poor guy that always gets his feelings hurt cause he will never ever get with the heroine.

so putting that aside, are there any kdrama recommendations? i'd rather not watch a depressing one, just something fun.
so far i've seen: full house, coffee prince, my girl, my name is kim sam soon, goong s, hello miss, i'm sorry i love you, sweet 18, delightful girl choon hyang, wonderful life, 18 vs. 29.

because i loved 'wonderful life' so much i uploaded the whole ost on imeem

ah, and you can watch the drama here:

oh, and i don't care what they say about kim jae won's smile. i think he looks much better when he's not smiling. haha. just watch the airplane scene in ep 1 with his top gun-esque glasses and his je-like layers of lipgloss.
speaking of kjw, i'm thinking of watching 'the great inheritance' or 'hwang jin yi' (even though it's a period-drama). i guess they'll go on my list of dramas to watch.

um, today's pic... i guess i'll just snap something.
it's a view of the hub from where i'm sitting (of course i'm in the library again... supposed to be studying for tomorrow's english midterm...). i'm not really sure how to describe the hub. i guess it's a multi-tasking place. food, bowling alley, barber shop, club meetings, just everything, pretty much.

by the way, congrats to me! i got a nomination to aoyama! yay!! all i have to do is apply to aoyama and cross my fingers. i've gotten this far, don't close the gates on me yet!
