(no subject)
Break's over. :( I don't want to go back to school, I don't want to see everyone again. I was fine sitting in my house for two weeks, doing nothing.
Well..not quite nothing. I saw Big Fish, it was pretty good. I should have cried in it though. Erin and I were supposed to go to Disneyland, but it rained on that day...twice. I got lots of clothes, which made me happy. I need to stop being so materialistic...in the sense that I make myself happy by buying things. Then again, I hate buying things. Spending money gives me the creeps. Erin got me sick...I haven't slept in two days. Because of that, I had to miss my last basketball practice, which is important because we have out first game on Monday, and I missed my guitar lesson. I've decided to stop taking those though, I don't enjoy playing the guitar very much anymore. I prefer making things. It gives me more satisfaction. I got nothing for Christmas, and I spent New Years and some peoples house forced to watch MTV. :( Oh man, all I really wanted to do on New Years Day and one in the morning was watch Simple Plan perform in New York. Whoopdedoo. I got new shoes. They rawk. Yeah.

Okay, so I was discussing this with Erin yesterday, and I want to know that everyone else thinks. Now you all have a favourite artist, or band, or musician. In order for someone to be able to say that 'so and so' is their favourite band, they should at least own a cd, or tape, right? Just to give them recognition for their hard work, and not just downloading the songs. Anyone can go onto the computer and steal songs from someone, but it takes areal fan to go out and spend money. Give the artist the money that they deserve...right? I'm not saying that you should own EVERY cd, and all other things from them, but you should have a cd before saying someone is your favourite band...*nods*.
