It was nice to be in Manahtten for the past few days seeing all the new and old art. Spent alot of time doing my own thing seeing this I really wanted to see. I feel in love with Tim Hawkinson over the weekend he had an amazing show in the Whitney and the largest indoor sculpute was on display in Trump Tower. People should really check him out if you like contemparery art/ experimental art.I sat in there for an hour just stairing at the UBERORGAN. It was awesome. I few of us went to toys r us and rode the ferris wheel inside at time square. Went out to dinner with Dr. Salus in time square the next day then got sick from the food. Went to ground zero, saw the manahtten and Brooklyn bridges, walked all through central park and looked at the gates and just relaxed. I went on a tour at the Met and the guide told us a way to get a piece of the fabric from the Gates and I was the only one from the group that found the people taht had them, so I go a piece. I stopped and chatted it up with one of the guys wroking there to see what he thought of it- he was from Colorado and thought it was greta and that he loves coming to work to just watch over something so beautiful. There was also so mass japanese wedding thing going on there too it was a bit weird. But, I had a good time but the trip made me want a signifacant other even more. I don't know why but I think it was just from watching people.
