Okay, so my party was a raving success! I had an amazing time but sadly did not take any pictures. I think some other people did, but I know I certainly didn't as I got pretty, well, not smashed per say but I certainly had quite a collection of drinks in me. I was, however, able to function adequately and I didn't make too much of an ass of myself that I remember.
Steve and Chrissy were pretty forceful with the drinking of water and eating of foods, so I didn't throw up or anything and only awoke with a mild headache yesterday. Unfortunately, I think the drinking or something lowered my immune system and towards the end of Sunday I started to feel a sore throat coming on and now today I wake up with a scratchy, dry throat and a bit warm. Lovely. I shall have to go out and buy some medicine. :(
It's also terribly unfortunate in the regards that the BIG interview is tomorrow! I don't care though, sore throat or no, I am going and I’m going to ace it because I want this job, I need this job and...yeah, I gotta get this job!
But back to more fun things - a lot of the party revolved around my drinking and playing card games. Amanda also purchased me a stuffed lamb, which Stephanie named 'Rammy' and I insisted was my love child with Stephanie, as Stephanie now holds the nickname of 'my beloved common law wife', whether she wants it or not! Hey, there's nothing that says I can't have a fiancé in Steve and a common law wife in Steph, right? (lol)
I also had to have Stephanie and Steve reel me in as Joseph and Patrick came and oh-my-god-two-hot-gay-boys-who-love-each-other-musn't-make-a-fool-of-myself! I think I did ok on that score though, besides, Stephanie had a word to warn me if I did anything foolish, 'Pottersue!' :)
I'm also stoked about how I managed to dowload an entire episode of 'Mystery Science Theater 3000'. I'm going to watch it while I am not well today. ALSO! Both ballroombubble and beansidhe_baby wrote FIC! bweee!
Lastly, I am considering doing fanfic100?
