Flashbulb
Every so often, the universe conspires to punch you in the chest.
A simple advertisement, about 3 inches square, hidden among the others, innocuous.
Hughes Photographics and he turns teasingly to ask Maes if he’s managed to take pictures of anyone besides Allie-chan, or if he’d now started selling pictures of his little girl to unsuspecting passers-by.
But Hughes isn’t there.
He manages to lock his door before it overwhelms him.
