(no subject)
In honor of Hanukah, i watch Fiddler On The Roof yesterday. Happy Hanukah to all of my Jewish friends.
This sounds so crazy, but sometimes, i wish i was Jewish. maybe it's because i spent my formative years in a place where non-jewish ppl were basically the minority, and i felt really left out when i didn't get to have a bat mitzvah. i think i went to like 25 bat/bar mitzvahs, which is a lot. i even memorized the first part of the prayer thing they do. and i used to go to my neighbor's Passover dinners, and she taught me how to play dradle. plus being Jewish sounds fun. minus the matzah bread and the whole, fasting thing. also, i think every year i spell Hanukah a different way.......ANYWAYS
i think i'm the weirdest person ever. EVER
In other news, i forgot how much i HATE setting people up. people should effing set ME up with someone for a change.
hm. also, ever since i decided to not take crap from people, and not let them step on me, i've been becoming really mean and short-tempered. and i like, can't tolerate things that didn't used to bother me. and i get really frusterated easily, even with my good friends. and i'm all like @#$%&*^$%#$@$#@% and then they're like 'whoa, Shannon, chill out' and yea. so i should work on a median between doormat and bitch. but i still really do hate setting people up.
