To Do List and Stubbornness Versus Illness
There is nothing that makes me more aggravated than having a long list of things to do and suddenly falling ill. Getting hit by an inner ear infection only two weeks from my deadlines took 5 days of crafting time from me.
I'm nothing if not stubborn and focused when on short deadlines however. That and I seem to have an insanely high hit rate for things I make up as I go along.

My favourite¹ new craft that I had to work on was a leather bag. On starting the project all I had was the pile of stuff displayed in the picture above.
With a bit of ingenuity and thought I finally worked out how to make the entire bag out of just one piece of leather and nothing else. All right maybe a small bit of wood for the fastening. Everything else came from the one piece of leather.

So now my illness has finally gone in time to relax a little before the weekend of crewing. Then it's right back to a new set of deadlines.
¹ Ok so everything else share second place. I kind of seem to be coveting everything I've made recently...
