Hey Peter!

I too recall The Enchanted Forest and visiting there as a wee lass. It is very sad that it exists in such a state. Although it's all a bit foggy, I remember all of the fairytales and I recall visiting there with my family on a gorgeously sunny day. I think that although it would be interesting and exciting to trespass (I'm sure no one would care), you would only be further saddened to see the park in its dilapidated state. It is probably better that it continue to exist in your memory as the marvelous place that sparked your interest in theme parks.

My parents have recently revisited places that they remembered as wonderful from their childhood and have found that they weren't really that great or that they had been neglected. They found they couldn't recapture that same feeling, that spark, that existed when they were children.

On the other hand, if you wanted to go in, I'm sure it no one would care. I snuck into a recently completed observation tower through a hole in a fence here in Germany since everyone was doing it. I'm such a rebel - that was the most rebellious thing I've done! HeHeHe...sad, ain't it?! I'll bet you could work some magic on the park, though (no pun intended!), and it'd be awesome if you could reopen it for everyone's enjoyment again. Maybe someday when you're rich or have connections high up, eh?!

Well, I must dash, but drop me a line if you find the time, eh? I'd love to hear how you're doing!

-Annabelle :-)
