Slightly sparkling italian wine, usually pretty dry, served coooold. My favorite summer refreshment!

What about tubing? Mark and I think the San Marcos River would suit our needs, it's totally sans rapids until the *very* end, and there's an easy climb out spot before you even get to the rapids. Let's discuss soon!
