This morning was our official medical sonogram. All seems well, though details are to be discussed with MM later. The baby is 1.5lbs right now and very much a boy. He has all he major organs, his heart has 4 chambers, his spine looks good, etc. The sonogram felt invasive and wrong and I felt guilty having it done. There will be no more, unless MM insists (which she won't, unless something goes wrong). I am increasingly glad for her in our lives and for her insistence on all things natural. I am slow to learn, but now I'm on board. Here are two pictures from today's peek:

Soon I head out for yet another prenatal massage and then home to pack. We head to Florida tomorrow for a visit with the McEntees. Gab made us an adorable itinerary which I'm posting here:
