Today I'm craving a quick trip to western Europe, any country, any city (okay, not Paris, yeeeeesssh), for 4-5 days some week soon. I need a travel partner. Who's in?
Duuude, you'd be AWESOME to travel with! omg, to sit at a cafe in the south of france, sipping cafe au laits and chatting for hours while soaking up the frenchness around us... come now, tell me we weren't CREATED for that!
ROME! There's a $419 flight from AUS via cheapflights.com. I doubt I could swing it this or next month, but I do need to go to Rome as an adult. My art history background demands it.
I also need to go here. I tried to run away to Mexico for my birthday the year before last, but Matt said he wasn't letting his pregnant wife and white daughters wander around alone in a 2nd world country. We were worth too much on the black market.
I would LOVE to go to Rome with you. I honestly think our personalities mesh well together and we'd be fiiinnnne on a 5ish day trip abroad! Let's watch flights and your schedule and see if we can make it happen sometime!
I need to go to Germany at some point, maybe Sept, not sure yet (depends on the money situation)... BUT... I really wanna travel a bit if I can. Western Europe could be doable, as long as it's on the cheap side. And I'm very very tempted to try to make it to Istanbul now that I'm spending so much time on learning Turkish. Knowing us, though, it probably won't work out that we can travel at the same time. My schedule isn't so flexible anymore and I'm definitely too far in debt to fund a trip that wasn't partially for school. Someday...
