it's my lucky number
I can't fall asleep. Ali's in Odessa and the bed seems big without him in it. So I decided to download some lullabies just for fun, and the one that came to mind is one I haven't thought of for ages, "Too-Ra-La-Loo-Ra/Irish Lullaby" by Bing Crosby. It's the song my grandmother used to sing to us when Mom was in the hospital. Granny would rub our heads and sing that as long as we needed.
So the song downloaded quickly, and as it booted up to play, my computer beeped notification that the date is now April 22.
April 22 was Granny's birthday.
That's a nice coincidence. Right? I can feel her here and it makes me happy, in a teary way.
