The Tower again
Ok, so the founding people of this new project have had some talks on details, and I think we're ready to start inviting more members.
What we are proposing is a communal writing project. It is somewhere between a writing comm and an rp. We all share the same world (which will basically consist of a single town on a single island). You bring some characters (original only) to the mix and start weaving your own thread of the plot. Your characters may meet and interact with other people's characters so that plots may wind together and grow off of each other.
The setting is fantasy - BUT - the setting is a town - you don't have to play the fireball slinging mage or the sword swinging paladin you might associate with typical fantasy (though you certainly can if you want to) you may populate your stories with craftsmen and merchants, inkeepers, barmen, farmers, bards - all sorts of possibilities.
The community so far is very rough. The profile covers the basic premise. There should be posts going up in the near future with specifics regarding the town.
