(no subject)
Fun day today, but I died A LOT! It all started with Salvage.
Death #1 - We were fighting some gears and I got hit with a couple aoe moves and fell over. Nothing too exciting here! I even managed to raise up and move far, far away so I wouldn't die again!
Death #2 - We were supposed to pull 4 ramparts from a room full of gears. I pulled my assigned rampart, but someone missed theirs, so I had to grab that one too. So I was trying to lead two of them to the spot where we planned to kill them... and.... well... yeah, that didn't go so well. They stomped me. :(
Death #3 - I was still weakened from the previous death, and they were killing the ramparts we pulled. I seriously don't recall a rampart doing an AOE move, so I figured it was safe to fight.... ..... ...... apparently they have an AOE move. ._. (*Someone* could have warned me. *cough*C7*cough*)
Death #4 - So... I get a raise while they're still killing ramparts. I waited until I saw the AOE move go off, raised up and ran off to the side. At that moment, the rampart popped a raptor and it made a beeline straight for me. ._.
Death #5 - I was still weakened from Death #4, and we only had 5 minutes left to fight a turtle boss. I was assured there were no AOE moves, so I put up shadows, used my icarus wing and ran in behind C7 to sata ws while the mob was facing the other monk. Right when I did that, C7 said something about not standing behind the tank because it does a breath move.... aaaaaannnnd.... yeah... right as he was saying that, I sata'd, it turned, did the breath move and I fell over dead. I don't think I've ever heard everyone on TS laugh so much. ._.
I actually made it through assault, Einherjar and limbus without dying! Woooo! But then we did some ZNMs.
Death #6 - We tried to low-man the hydra mob. Didn't go so well. I was the first to die. (and I swear, I didn't even nuke that much!)
Death #7 - We were kiting Dea around a tower, and I had a bunch of hate from Barrage and Sidewinder... C7 must have used collaborator on me 3 times, and I'd been hit by the mob a few time, so C7 told me I should zone to get rid of all my hate. He assured me that he'd grabbed hate, so I ran for the door to zone (I had to click it and hit enter)... and.... C7 didn't have hate. ._. I still did. And then C7 came and laughed at my dead body. Because he sucks. A lot.
I'm not even going to go into the Blizzard 2 contest we had during the ISNMs, because that would just make me cry. I get resisted at the worst possible times!
So yeah... lots of fun... way too much death, and wow... do I need buffers on lots of my jobs!
