I very much doubt it will come to pass *g*, but there IS a chance it might start. The same law that got the Chilean dictator, Pinochet (sp?) arrested when he visited Blighty might apply here too. And the Vatican isn't a country recognised by the UN so he has no special exemptions.
If they can make Peter Garrett step down because of the foil-insulation installations that fried a few people, then surely the pope is accountable too.

That was a disgraceful and totally ridiculous media beat up. Why is the government responsible for dodgy work by tradesman? Next time a light globe blows, I'm writing to the Minister for Energy and demand his resignation.
