So we dance the night away...
Well I got my grades the other day. I did WAY better than I thought I did. Even since I've been home I've checked them continuously because it was the first time I wasn't pretty sure of what I was getting. 3 A's and a B+....which adds up to a 3.833!! I don't believe it I don't know how I did it, but I'm happy I ended W&J with those good grades. I hope I can keep it up at Pitt. Funny how I can take all these classes and get really good grades but I still have no direction and I have no clue what I'm gonna do after college. I'm to just stay in it as long as I can. haha. School is the only thing I'm positive I can do good in. haha.
I've been enjoying my summer so much so far. I love how even on the days I work, I don't start until 4, so I always get to sleep in. It's wonderful. And I always get out early enough to go out at night. :D I'm really liking my job this summer. The only thing is, these old Jewish people can get pretty particular (and I'm not making fun of old or Jewish people, I just work in Jewish nursing home hehe). Belieeve it or not it's get very busy and hectic, especially when people keep calling off. It's in like South Hills, Mount Lebanon area. So I work with a bunch of Mt. Lebanon high school kids. So they call off all the time, because I guess they don't need the money. It drives me crazy I never call off work. I always make my plans AROUND my work schedule, why cant they?? I mean when they call off all they do is screw over the rest of the servers. I dunno maybe I was like that when I was high school, I hope not though.
Every time Al and I try to go to a movie we can't really agree on much lately. He keeps brining up that new Star Wars movie. But I won't go see it until I've seen the others. Because, believe it or not, I have never seen a Star Wars movie. So we've been watching them. I've only seen the first two so far. But I like them, and God knows I don't mind watching a young Harrison Ford (who am I kidding...he's even hot old with gray hair ;D). And I have actually managed not to fall asleep during both of the movies, and I always fall asleep when watching movies at home. They've gotta be half decent if it can keep me awake. hehe.
Sue moves out on Monday, so this week coming up will be a pretty busy one. I've got parties to go to on Memorial Day, a big good-bye to say to my big sis (Oh man I hope I don't cry, I bet I will though I'm such a sap lol) and then moving Katie out, and painting/setting up my new room. I can't wait to have my own room, for the first time in FOREVER!! I can't wait.
I won't be getting my car until the end of summer now :( But I have no other choice but to deal with it, that's what my parents say, unless I wanna buy one for myself, and I don't have the money for that. SO I just have to tough it out until the end of summer.
