My Birthday
I had a pretty good birthday yesterday. We picked my mother in-law up and we all drove to Waco, had pizza, got my glasses fixed, and got my nose pierced. Hehe. I like it. The two piercings I always wanted were my navel and my nose. I was hesitant about my nose, because it's my face, and my husband didn't really like the idea, but he decided yesterday that he could live with it if I really wanted it or as he put it, he could ignore it. lol (I think he felt bad for me, because of what happened with my navel piercing and how upset I was at loosing it) You can't really tell by the photo, but the stone is green. (they didn't have much for me to choose from) I thought the green would look nice with my eyes. :-)
We ended up spending most of the day in Waco and by the time we took my MIL to her house and drove home it was already dinner time, so we stopped and got some subway sandwiches for all of us and watched the movie we rented the day before. After dinner the kids decorated my birthday cake and lit all 36 candles. (It looked like the whole cake was on fire for heavens sake) Ahh, it's good to be 29 again. (that's what we are going with) and just think, I get to be 29 again next year. lol ;-)
