anywhere_but_nj gave me a good explanation of her choosing. I have to admit, I had other reasons to create such an icon, I was more thinking about the fact, that even in death, Qui-Gon is guiding others and a beacon of light for some, like his lightsaber. But for me personally Pants explanation makes much more sense, I just never thought of it :)
