Udonna has seemed to have lost everything, her husband,her son to the enemy, her sister and many friends to the enemy. That's her mourning for them, 'Trauer'is german and means mourning.

I think, it's a beautiful picture of Breha and Leia as a baby. For me it means, that enjoying your life, living your life like you want it, is so much more important than to avoid any danger/fear/problems, just because you are afraid of it.
