It's a Box!
Today, when I got home from the grocery store, this was sitting on my front porch:
A completely unexpected package from one of my favourite people, Larissa!
So, when I opened the box, it looked like this:
Those orangly pink bits are part of a skirt that she shredded to wrap each piece individually in. Once I took the wrapping off, here's what was left:
From L-R, Top to bottom: bath salts with almond, Mexican Hot chocolate mix (fav!), black & red mug (fav!), decorative candle, trinket box (fav!), some wash cloths for padding, and a graphic novel that I've definitely never read.
There was also...
A pair of perfectly fitted crocheted socks! Nice!
A cute holiday card with a super-special message in it (yes, I remember when you hit those drunk guys dressed as a land mermaid)
And...
A harddrive with 54 GB of /fun/ stuff on it. Woo!
Anyway... yeah, I just have to say, Larissa is super-amazing, and I love her a lot (she rocks my socks off!). This was exactly what I needed. (the sentiment more than the stuff, but the stuff is also fucking awesome. Yeah.)
