That sucks.
The maintenance in our apartment kind of comes and goes, too. We had a leaking wall for some time and it took almost two months to get fixed! You read right: Water was coming in through the wall. The maintenance people didn't believe us even though we had video, and it STILL took them two months to get it resolved.

Also, they can't caulk worth a damn.

City health code, anyone? Do you have a manager on site? 'cos I'm pretty sure if you called the city's health code center they could get the landlord in trouble. But that's just my conjecture. *hugs* Hope it gets fixed soon.

They came and looked at the place while we weren't in and left a message to the effect that they "couldn't find the leak." ... even though there's only one vent in the livingroom.

Anyway, so I hung signs up around the apartment, and Barbara called them again today.
