My boss is cool.
Okay, so, today was the day that my boss and I were going to sit down and talk about hours for the summer... and she bought me lunch, so I was thinking that maybe she wasn't going to give me the hours I wanted... but the pizza was delicious.
Anyway, so we met to talk about hours. I'm working all day 8-5 on this Monday so my boss can go to a golf tournament, and then 10-2 every day for the rest of the week. And when summer school starts, I'm going to be getting at least another five hours a week.
Plus she says she wants me to incorporate into the next few weeks, the hours I would have worked if I hadn't had to take time off to go to Cleveland for surgery. She doesn't want me to have to go two weeks without pay.
