So you guys probably haven't been wondering what I've been doing all summer. But hey, I'm a nice guy, I figure Ill tell ya just the same, and don't bother to thank me. I'm going to summerize (Hah!) my summer for you in a quick, easy-to-read format. Why bother? Well, go ahead and ask yourself the same thing for reading this, jackass.
- Rowing. It was pretty cool. Imagine furiously pulling some big stick just to move a piddly little boat that often crashes into things because, as I learned the hard way, rowboats don't really handle like an X-wing. They handle more like eight Amish people steering a barn off of a cliff. And, needless to say, they make funny crunching noises when they crash.
- Fireworks. I've still got plenty, even some 38-inch bottle rockets I brought down here from North Carolina and an unused and unopened mortar. I'd say I still have enough to go seige a castle or subjugate my very own Eastern Bloc country which I think I'm going to call Mikestan.
- XBOX. Yeah I bought one, mostly to play Halo / Halo 2. And I gotta say, I'm not the least bit dissappointed. Halo is just so damn fun. I could play it all night, and infact I've done so on more than one occasion. Words just don't really describe it, so I'll just say " ".
- Fahrenheit 911. Stupid. If I wanted the opinion of an annoying fat dude with a videocamera I'd just ask myself.
And there's other stuff, like vacation and people and Manolo's and blah blah blah whatever. I had a good summer. I'm sorta looking foward to school in the same way a Chinese tank commander looks foward at the college kid he's about to run over. I'm not too sure what I mean about that, but I still think it's a kinda funny analogy.
