Today is April Fools' Day, and soon the kids will be up and figuring out ways to get us. They're funny kids, but they haven't quite figured out the subtle gradations between good-natured pranksterism and arbitrary cruelty, so I'll need to watch them.
It's also "Administrative Professionals Day," but I got that from a Dilbert calendar, so I'm not sure if it's a joke.
I've been participating in the beta test of "Yu-Gi-Oh Online," an online interactive version of the card game. I hate the anime, and even my kids are over it, but the game is fun. Trouble is, it's also damn addictive and the beta test just ended, so I'm going through withdrawal and I have ten days to decide if I want to pay to keep playing. Bastards.
Watched L.A. Confidential again last night, still one of my favorite movies, from back in the day when neither Kevin Spacey nor James Ellroy could do wrong.
Saw Finding Neverland and liked it.
Saw The Incredibles and loved it.
Want to see Sin City and, amazingly, so does Priya, but going out to the movies is a major financial decision with serious logistics involved, so I dunno.
More later.
