Never make promises you don't intend to keep...

I just read an past entry by someone I used to know and love and I realize that I hate people who make false promises. Why make promises if you have no intention of keeping them? Why tell someone you'll make it better if you have no intention of doing so? What is the point of saying anything at all if you have no intention of making it better or helping make it better so both of the parties can move on and be better people and yet can still remain friends and still talk. BUT OH NO that can't happen. One of the parties has to be a coward and play telephone through a mutual friend and have them say we're through and we will never talk again. And you know, that's perfectly fine with me. I'm better off this way, I should have known from the start but I didn't. But I know now. I may only be 19 years old but I know more than most girls my age do and I don't mean that to sound rude or condisending but it's true. Now, I like someone else but he doesn't know it. His name is Cody Balli and he's around 19 or 20 and he has sleeve-length tattoos on both arms and a pink streak in his black hair and his skinny like Billy Martin, which attracts me more to Cody. I like his co-worker Nick Cornetti and Nick's brother Louis(he works at American Eagle, Nick and Cody work at Hot Topic). I met Nick and Louis at Project Graduation 2003(it's like an after party for the Class of 2003-ME!-and it lasted from 11:00 pm-5:00 am--it was awesome! I won a DVD player at the end of the night) and I got a picture of Nick by accident(he took my camera and took a picture of himself, I think my accident but I kinda think he did it on purpose, I think he liked me. I wonder what he would think if he knew I liked him too...hmmm). I have that picture taped on my bulletin board in my bedroom. Nick looks different and so much cuter than he did in that picture but I still like it and I still like Nick, Louis and Cody. My lips provide a shelter for the things that they don't know!
