I LOVE my cable company!
Had several outages over the past few days - the repairman just left. I am getting a one-month credit on my bill! :-D
Not my fault, was an issue with their equipment that was fixed last night - but someone should have responded before today to my calls on Sunday and Monday, so he is going to give me that credit. Whee!
Very Nice Guy, Very Knowledgeable, and gave me a couple of websites where I can test my own modem and also see my own modem stats independently of the trouble desk.
So, should be fine now - if anything else goes hinky, I will probably end up with a new 'telephony' modem - mine is now out-dated, apparently. Still works fine, but will need to be replaced at some point.
