(no subject)
I have THREE job interviews on Thursday! They are consecutively at 8, 9, and 10am for PACU, SCU4, and the ER.
God, I'm nervous.
ER is my first choice. I REALLY want an offer from them - but I know it's not all that likely. They only hire 3-5 new graduates each year. That's a *ton* of competition. I'd really like the PACU if I can't the ER. SCU4 is kind of a safety one. But it'll be a good floor if that's where I get my offer from as well.
Mom took me to the mall tonight to find some interview clothes. I found a nice gray suit jacket at sears for $20 and a bright blue camisole at JCPennys for $6. :) I have a nice pair of khaki pants that I'll pair that with and go from there! The nurse recruiter told me that the managers may ask me to shadow after the interview, so that I should bring along a set of scrubs and sneakers/shoes to wear if I choose to shadow that day. Well, DUH. :)
I just hope all goes well... I'm really excited though - JOB PROSPECTS!!!!! The recruiter might not have set me up for an interview with the ER if I hadn't spent the summer getting my EMT-B certification, so let's keep those fingers crossed!
