Sam has been working on the flying car. Modifying it.

For a car that doesn't run off petrol, this involves a surprising amount of both some sort of oil and, oddly, ash, which is why Sam is fairly filthy at the moment.

There's a guy with a tool belt that wanders over to investigate.

"How's it coming? Need a hand?"

"Sure. How are you with magically fueled flying automobiles?"

Xander paused, "...You know, left the manual on that at the last end of the world place, sorry. I know regular cars?"

[broked_reality]

"I don't really understand it either - It's mostly an intuitive thing."

[thexanwhosees]

"Huh? Any ideas so far?"

[broked_reality]

"Well, I built it, so I'm sure I had some ideas when I put it together. It was mostly just fitting parts where they made sense, though."

[thexanwhosees]

"I got a toolbox if you need anything there? I'm better on building stuff than on cars, but I've done some work on my car before."

[broked_reality]

"That's a point, might want to build some more places for new arrivals to sleep and wash. Earth bunkers might be running out of room by now." Beat. "That, and we have over a dozen people wanting to use one shower in the morning."

"Working on that. I really need some more supplies. And a crew, since uh right now? You are looking at the construction team around here. But definitely gonna see about more facilities and rooms."

[broked_reality]

"Well. Give me some time and I could probably build some solar-powered showers. Maybe a solar-powered hot tub." It's hard to say if he's being serious or not. "And then give you some help making a building around them, maybe, into some proper bathhouse-things."

"That's a really good idea... Uh, can I request that the hot tub comes pre-equipped with drinks and supermodels?" He joked with a grin.

"I'll see what I can do." Sam says, with mock-solemnity.

"Man, even just the hot tub alone, and I'll be your best friend. ...Uh, in the friend way, and only if you're need of some."

[broked_reality]

"Everyone would want a hot tub, I reckon."

[thexanwhosees]

"Yeah.. and how are you with toilets?"
