Kate was running around, more exercise. She had her bow and arrow with her, but was focusing on sword fighting practice today in the fields near the Cooper farm. She swung the silver blade around, going through a series of forms systematically.

Will thinks she's beautiful to watch and is currently eating a twinkie, he likes junk food.

"Hi Will," There was a small smile on her face now, knowing he was there as she continued going through the sword forms.

She then made full eye contact after a few more minutes, and blinked, "Where did you find that?" Lowering the sword to her side.

He gives her a grin,

"Went with Xander to Smallville yesterday after 'untin', was 'mazed I'd ne'er 'eard o'these 'fore. Tis e'en wee cakes with chocolate too."

Kate eyed the snack as she approached.

"...Twinkies? Oh god, that stuff is horrible. There's a reason it's called junk food. The shelf life on it goes on for years just from all the preservatives alone."
