Nathan had already got the noticeboard up a while back (in spite of mun's RL busyness), and brought back some seeds and a few other supplies for farming. He now was tacking up a sign on the board:
All fliers, please report in. Want to form a group together to scrounge for supplies, and determine prospects on trade with other communities. Please speak with Nathan Petrelli if interested. There was also a description of him, and a note that he's the legitimate one with the IDs to back it up.
Catch him either flying to get more supplies, or around the farm.
