Thomas has been creeping about, checking into things here and there. Which finds him crossing paths with little miss know it all. "Good book?"

"I've read it a dozen times. I always pick up on something different," Layla said not looking up from the book but in a friendly tone.

He stretches his eyes around to get a good look at the title. "Why bother? Doncha already know the ending?"

"There's always something to find in the context," Layla replied, not bothered at all by the bending and even holding up the book a little to show the title (Atlas Shrugged). "A turn of the phrase I might not have noticed. A slip of the tongue. People who pretend to be what they aren't. It's all relative."

Meet Bridgette. Bridgette also knows stuff. It comes out when she dreams or when she draws. She has a dead sister named Marie who only she can see. Because Bridgette also sees dead people.
