There's a cloud of silvery-green light circling the Cooper settlement. Will is in the back yard going through his sword forms with the sword Kate lent him, it feels wonderful to be armed again.

The cloud catches his attention but he doesn't look towards it, he'll wait to see if the strange figure wishes to speak to him.

He does! Joe is enough of a social butterfly that he usually wants to speak to everybody.

"'Lo, Red. Nice sword." The 'I'd like to steal it, and maybe I will!' is implied in his tone. Joe's not even bothering to hide it today.

The nickname makes Will tense up slightly and he doesn't sheathe the sword just watches Joe.

Joe notices the tensing. He gives Will a reassuring smile, sliding down off the roof and landing on his feet.

"Shame. Is there nowhere for you to get your own sword, then?"
