Dean likes bubbles. He likes them more in, for example, Jacuzzis, but this will do for the moment.
(although he takes care to park the Impala upwind from them. Detergent is a bitch to get off your car when the water pressure sucks basically everywhere.)
Dean isn't sure about leg-bubbles, but he's quite happy to scoop Loo up so she can blow shoulder-bubbles instead. "Looks like it," he agrees, eyeing Mel's tennis racquet warily. "How you doin', Loo-Loo?"
Occasionally, Mel wonders if she should be fostering in her children a healthy fear of anytyhing. Today is not that day. If they fight and fall and hurt themselves, they'll have to learn the lesson.
"Mine's to be a personal servant for a pair of Princesses."
She still says Princess like it's an insult. Like calling her children monsters.
Staying with Jo and waiting for her to be ready for the trip to the Roadhouse. Or maybe it's post-Roadhouse trip. But probably it's not. He's just been doing Stuff in one of those Timey Wimey Things.
"How 'bout you? Come through winter all right here? Nobody looks frozen t'death."
He remembers Kansas winters. And avoids them, mostly.

"Yes!" She tells Dean with a proud grin, because she's nearest to him and Hana has to run to get over here.
Mel doesn't run. She just strolls behind her daughter, a soaken tennis racket still in hands.

"Good," Loo says, blowing those shoulder bubbles like predicted. "I makeded bubbas."
Hana reaches Dean, and grabs his legs. She wants up too! "Me me me me me!"
(Mel's not helping him out)

"You you you you you you you. Geez, you girls, you're getting bigger. Don't you have anyone else to practice climbing on?"

"You're the tallest person they know," Mel points out. Not even Sokka's the same height as Dean.

He's still eyeing her racquet, but with slightly less wariness now. She wouldn't do anything to him while he's covered in crawling girls, right?

When Hana crawls to the end of Dean's arm and jumps onto Mel, however, she needs to drop the racket to catch the child.
"Have a good time doin'... whatever you were doing?"

"Inbuilt heaters here. We just let them out to play and it cleared a path."
