Translation. TVfan serial. Nikaido x Fujigaya. They talk about things they like about each other, Takizawa Kabuki, and Nikaido Takashi.

Acchi Muite Nika
The ones who challenged the classic game, Acchi Muite Hoi, are these two people. With lots of screaming and laughing, what is the result of their racket!? [Note: Acchi Muite Hoi is a game that uses rock, paper, scissors. The winner of rock, paper, scissors will point his finger towards one out of four directions - up, down, left, right. If the opponent looks in the same direction as the finger, then it's a lose.]
The Thing You Like About Each Other
Fujigaya: Is really okay for us to just say what we like about each other? Well then, the car he rides in is huge.
Nikaido: ......
Fujigaya: Ahahaha!
Nikaido: Brother, you suddenly throw that in? I was so surprised I couldn’t get my voice out (laughs).
Fujigaya: Seriously though, when doing interviews, there are people who think then talk and people who think while talking, right? Among those people, Nika is the first one who give out his thoughts. While Nika says like, “That’s true~ I wonder why is that~?”, it’s like, everyone can keep talking too. I’m serious about this. In addition to that is he creates the atmosphere. He’s always doing things with all his might. When we have guests on our shows, things like, “The other day, I watched that,” and he can say proper impressions (about guests’ work). I can’t keep this to just three.
Nikaido: Fujigaya-san looks good in jeans, sings well, and is good at acting. It’s settled! Also, his sexy voice. His rapping is the best!
For the first game, the two cracked up at how Nikaido-kun lost easily in just three seconds. He couldn’t even win during rock, paper, scissors and three times in a row, Fujigaya-kun won. Nika-chan, who follows Taipi’s finger, is obedient (laughs).
Batsu/Punishment Game
Even if he stares at (Taipi’s) fingertip and focus, Nikaido-kun would be guided (to Taipi’s finger’s direction) anyway. For the punishment game, an order of “Just this!” came from Fujigaya-kun. Nika-chan grumbled, “This is tough,” and the theme of his pose is “protruding jaw”.
Nikaido: Do you go and watch “Takizawa Kabuki”?
Fujigaya: Yea. I took part in it for a few years too, so I felt nostalgic, but I also thought how it’s been 10 years. This year, Kitayama is appearing in it too and depending on the members appearing each time, the way it is presented is different and that’s nice too. With things like songs, there are some that doesn’t change either, so I’d recall the times I was part of it too. During that time, it was when I started to feel that acting is interesting and difficult.
Nikaido: What left an impression on me was Fukkin Taiko. [Note: Fukkin Taiko (腹筋太鼓) literally translates to abdominal muscle taiko drums. It’s the performance where all cast members are half naked and play the taiko drums in various positions/poses.]
Fujigaya: Kitayama showcased his calligraphy and it’s nice to see how his special ability is utilized. I don’t have any special abilites after all. He was able to use that and as a way of presenting himself, I think that’s really good. I think that’s a moment where he shines himself and it’s nice how he looks confident while doing it.
Nikaido: Well then, what’s the theme of our talk today?
Fujigaya: Yes, let’s go with “Nikaido Takashi”.
Nikaido: How nice~ It’s nice and open.
Fujigaya: If I start talking, it’ll become a serious talk, is that okay? Nikaido Takashi is someone who seems to be about play and fun, but he has his own vision properly. When you do this work from when you’re an elementary school kid, without doing it on purpose, it’d turn out to be “the mood comes into you.” It’s not sensing the mood. Through that, I think there are times where Nika senses the mood naturally and times where he doesn’t like how he’d end up sensing the mood, so he purposely says and does things without doing so. To tell the truth, I like to observe people.
Nikaido: Um, you don’t say things like that when I’m not around, right?
Fujigaya: Eh? I don’t know.
Nikaido: If you say that when I’m not around, you’re kind of obstructing my business. A matter of life or death (laughs).
Fujigaya: Like compliments will become like backbiting? Well, but you’re energetic (laughs).
Nikaido: That’s because “Energetic is number one” after all. It’s my motto.
Fujigaya: Eh, it’s not smile?
Nikaido: Ah, it’s “Smile is number one”.
Fujigaya: You can’t get that wrong (laughs).
Nikaido: “Smile is number one, always energetic”. This is the real one, really, really!
Fujigaya: The real full version. Nika, what do you think when you analyze yourself?
Nikaido: ...that I don’t think deeply.
Fujigaya: That’s not the case though, right?
Nikaido: I’m “desperate to survive (this world)” (laughs). Haah... No, I’m always thinking about fun things. People have an image of me being “desperate to survive”. In Busaiku too, Nakaisan said to us, “If people think you’re pitiful, then it’s the end.” I’m still going to enjoy this. Then, I wonder if you’ll be able to find the real Nikaido?
