Recalling is Tiresome

I have Popolo scanned, but haven't found the time to upload the files yet since I haven't been on my desktop a lot recently. Only my laptop and the scans aren't on my laptop, so yes. Hopefully, they'll be up tomorrow.

What else?

I kind of think I should update about my job, but at the same time, I'm too lazy to try and recall what happened throughout the whole week. I have to say again that I really don't like the centre I'm working for much. >>'' The worksheets I have to give to the kids to work on, yea, some of them aren't that great, and to be honest, to have about 13 kids in various grades from SK to Gr.6 with 2 in ESL, and only 3 teachers, it's actually more work than it sounds. Not to mention I'm in charge of 7 kids, while the other two teachers are in charge of 3 each. One of the ESL kids are in my group. Definitely not easy to balance out the time to spend on each kid.

Is it fair that I have 7 kids while the other teachers get 3 each? It depends on how you look at it I guess. I have the Gr.2s and 3s, while one teacher has the SK kids as well as a Gr.1 while the other teacher has Gr.4 and 6. You can say the younger kids need more individual attention and the older kids need more teaching because their materials are harder, but um...yea, it's still awkward.

We're trying to change the system around a bit next week where I teach all English for all grades except for SK and Gr.1, and the other teacher teaches all Math. Will it work out? I have no idea. We'll see. Honestly no matter how much the grade level differs though, I don't think it makes sense for Gr.1 and 2 to have like 20 pages in their package (which is a week's worth) while older grades get only about 11 pages.

Oh, and I think it can't be help if a teacher has their favourite among kids whether it's because it's a personality thing or it's easier to deal with certain kids, and I try not to have favourites, though will admit some kids are easier to deal with than some. The head teacher at my camp's location though, he obviously, really obviously has a favourite, and I just hope the kids aren't picking up on it. ^^;; It's kind of awkward...

Meh, I'll go rewatch KisuMai on Ongaku no Hi...
