Some Adlibs
Once I finish scanning Popolo and Myojo, I can definitely get started on translations! Really. //nods//
Other than that, mh, some Kabuki tidbits then. I didn't stalk wide shows and stuff for coverage, but it doesn't seem like there's a lot anyways? Not sure.
From adlib scene between Taira no Masakado (Tono) and Sutejuu (Nika, previously Fumi - which reminds me, I had some funky typo last entry about Kabuki).
If you remember from last year on DVD, the adlib scene starts off with Fumi saying something then, seeing the shadow of Taira on one end of the stage and goes down on his knees to greet the shadow when Tono comes out from the other end instead.
Nika (towards shadow) "Masakado-sama!"
Tono (comes out from other end of the stage) "Over here, baka, kusogaki!" (baka = idiot, kusogaki = brat)
Nika "...I'm fine with baka, but what did you say in the end?"
Tono "Kusogaki!"
Nika "I'm not a brat! I'm already 20! O-ji-sa-n!" (ojisan = old man)
Another part from the adlib scene.
Nika "I'm going to do an impersonation (monomane) It's popular in Kyou no Miyako (Kyouto), impersonation!"
Tono "Ho-"
Nika "Do you know Sazae-san?"
Tono "How sudden!"
Nika "I'm going to impersonate a character from it!"
Tono "Hmh"
Nika "...I completely forgot the character's name..."
Tono "Haaah!?
Nika "Seriously, I completely forgot. What was it again...seriously...um..."
Audience " Tara-chan!"
Tono "Tara-chan? Ikura-chan? Masuo-san?"
Nika "No...um..."
Audience "Anago-san!"
Nika "!!! That's it! Anago-san!"
Tono "...that's fine, but you went for quite the minor character..."
Nika "Masakado-sama! You can't look at minor roles lightly! Main characters are there with the help of minor roles, that's why Masakado-sama can be like this because I'm here too!!"
The bouzu part during Act 1. Yes, they kept it, and yes there are KisuMai-bouzu. I know for sure the first bouzu who spoke was Chino from another person, but not sure about the other ones who spoke.
Chino "Within KisuMai, who is the stupidest?~"
Nika "M~h, nh? Me I guess?"
Chibi "Saying it yourself doesn't count (kicks in the crotch)"
Chibi "Well then, within KisuMai, who is the most boring?"
Yokoo "It's Senga"
Chibi "It should be you (kicks in the crotch)"
Chibi "You can't say things like that! They're technically speaking our senpai!"

By the way, does anyone have a good quality full mp3 of V6 feat m-flo's Break the Wall? Since I'm not in any V6 comms...or should I just rip from YouTube? I swear that song is so addicting.
