Shounentai's Playzone starting from the first show in '86 have continued for 23 years, and had its finale in '08. Then this year's July, a new Playzone coming from Johnny's Jrs will be born. The ones who were chosen as the main cast are from the group Kis-My-Ft2 that Takizawa Hideaki and the like support, Kitayama Hiromitsu, Fujigaya Taisuke, Tamamori Yuuta. Given their first big roles, their mental states are... Also, Yara Tomoyuki and Uchi Hiroki who had Playzone experience in the past are heart-strengthening to the three and we asked them about their thoughts on the upcoming shows while looking back on Playzone in the past.
Will Tamamori be able to go through summer of '09 without any problems?
Kitayama: The feeling right now...well, no, it's understandable without having to say anything (laughs).
Fujigaya: Of course there's the preamble feelings of happiness and shocked, but feelings other than that, to be honest, I don't really know (laughs).
Tamamori: With me, I don't understand even more (laughs).
Kitayama: Actually, I'm still questioning the fact that we are the main cast...
Fujigaya: I understand (laughs). Since we haven't heard any specific details.
Kitayama: The history of 23 years is too great. The reason being I was born a little before Playzone started, Fujigaya and Tamamori haven't even been born yet. And it's like, we're going to be the ones to give it a new start?
Fujigaya: Kitayama and I were part of the anniversary show for 800 times ('05).
Kitayama: Wearing rollerskates, we danced for a few songs during showtime.
Fujigaya: We were overwhelmed when it ended. For us to be actually standing at that spot...
Tamamori: Me, don't even talk about being a part of it, I only watched it once...
Kitayama: Which show?
Tamamori: '07. It's like, they're people who can do anything, whatever they do will become a picture, and I think I only had the impression of "It's awesome!"
Fujigaya: ...Why did they choose us who don't really have any strong relations with Playzone?
Kitayama: Eh!? U~m. Let's make it like in a vinyl bag, the things we've done up until now is put into it, right? Then, it's like, putting Playzone into it forcefully widening it, filling it with potatoes as much as they like (laughs). Even though I'm happy they think that "They will probably widen quite a bit"...
Fujigaya: We have to think about the meaning of us being chosen on our own while doing this.
Tamamori: That's right! ...um, right now, I'm too nervous that words won't come out at all (dry laugh)
Kitayama: A shadow was formed in the heart of Tama-chan, right? But I'll leave it as is (laughs)
Fujigaya: Even though there's the feeling of wanting to help him, but our hands are already full with our own matters, so Tamamori, feel healed through your mother's cooking (laughs)
Kitayama: In the past, when we pointed out his mistakes to Tama, he went all "It's okay, be quiet", so the bill has come due. (expression meaning person will have to eventually pay the price of his misdeeds)

Fujigaya: Tangibly, it's just my daydream, but I want to do something like, while we sing a medley of Shounentai-san's songs, videos from the past will be playing (behind us). We'll definitely get compared to though (laughs).
Kitayama: Things like flying and magic, things that were done up till now, it'd be good if we could make them evolve and show them as new things.
Tamamori: I want to do something that no one has ever done before. What that is though...I have no ideaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
Kitayama and Fujigaya: Ahaha (cracks up).
Kitayama: There are a lot of things that we want to ask Nishikiori-san who's directing this time. Of course, there are things about the content and stage...
Fujigaya: Things like the way he spends his daily life. Tamamori, you don't know even what you want to ask, right? (laughs)
Tamamori: First after we meet, I'll greet him and ask, "It's okay with (the lead roles being) us?"
Kitayama and Fujigaya: Ahahahaha (laughs)
Fujigaya: I plan to stick around Nishikiori-san's side for as long as possible. So that I won't miss even things he just say randomly.
Kitayama: That sounds gloomy (laughs). There are lots of things to steal from Yaracchi (Yara Tomoyuki) as well.
Fujigaya: Things that I can't ask Nishikiori-san, I'll ask Yara-kun. Even though it might become annoying, please don't abandon me (laughs).
Tamamori: With me, I haven't even spoke with Yara-kun.

Fujigaya: With Uchi, we've been together in concerts numerous times, so it's like it's comfortable.
Kitayama: Uchi somehow seems like he has a strong heart, so it seems like he'll easily accomplish it (laughs).
Tamamori: I want to steal the way to make the heart stronger...
Kitayama: In Playzone, I want to work hard so that we can express all the things we've experienced up until now, and I want to look forward to the acting. I want to receive the lines firmly and I want to become so that the lines will come from my body on its own.
Tamamori: To be honest, to receive interviews like this, only thinking about it, my heart hurts...(laughs). I'm weak to pressure and I have stage fright. A stage play is different from a concert and I get nervous since people are looking at me seriously. I'm going to work on making them think "It feels good!" "It's fun!"
Fujigaya: Nishikiori-san too talked about the first show for them that "Everything was a first time, and we didn't know anything and were reckless". Maybe, everyone in Shounen-tai too, at the beginning had the same feelings as us right now.
Kitayama: ...that's true!
Fujigaya: That's why I feel a bit relived...not, but it strengtened our hearts a little. We will take the things that we've learned, treasure them and while carving those things into our hears, for the sake of making something that only we can do, we can only put together the shows every day. Those figures of us, please definitely come and watch us at the theatre.
Kitayama: Since this time it's Nishikiori-san's work and directing, I think fans of Shounentai will come and watch as well. There, if they say "The ones before were better", I actually think it can't be helped.

That's why, I think we must show our own colours. I think it would become a work that one can fix their eyes on to see what we're able to do.

I LOVE my Home Town
Kitayama: My hometown is a really rural town that a train with 4 cars run once around every 30 minutes. Though, it's boastful that it has a lot of places with delicious food. Sushi, yakiniku, Okinawa food, ramen and more. It's a rural gourmet town (laughs).
Fujigaya: Compared to the place, I'm boastful about my friends. Even though they're a bunch of weird people, I can't hate them, and if I call them, they will be definitely gather together. Together with my family, we get along well, and when we went hanami (flower-watching) too, among my friends, my dad was with them (laughs).
Tamamori: It's a relaxing place where sparrows are chirping constantly and there's lots of greenery. Then...there are a lot of parks...ah, it's the same, isn't it? (laughs) If I was to show a friend around, we'd go around on bicycles and probably I'd bring him to bowling.
AHAHAHA. Tai-chan. XDDD You FANBOY. You're going to scare Nishikiori-san stalking him like that. And of course, you won't stop bugging Yara either. And oh wow, they called Uchi just Uchi now. XD Wasn't it still Uchi-kun during the concerts? And lol, Tai-chan's dad with his group of friends. I want to see how they interact. XDD
