wow. i am so bored right now. i got off work early (a whole hour) and except for a walmart run for my mom, have been sitting here watching tv. i ran into Crystal while there and talked to her for a little while. her mom was in checkout and had to send ashlynn looking for her..lol, whoops. she was telling me about church and it was kinda odd cuz after she left i ran into pastor stewart on the other side of the store. his daughter, Myndi, is having her twins sometime this week. they will be her 5th & 6th, i think it was her mom Vicki that joked about her wanting enough kids for a baseball team...lol.
last saturday i was supposed to go out with tiffani but my feeling was right and that didn't happen. the night before bob invited me to go bowling with them for his, crystal, and ashlynn's b-day so i told him i would. we (bob, nate, todd, crystal, and ashlynn) stood at the bowling alley for over an hour waiting and since bobby was hungry so we went to waffle house. there was a nice little joke in there about stopping at chik-fil-a first..lol. that was great. then we decided to go to work and watch Constantine and afterwards, drove back to adamsville.
i also lost my bet. damnit. lol, but that's ok..highly surprised that i did.
not too much to say about school except that i skipped lecture monday..even though i shouldn't have. got out of math early that day, talked to james for a few minutes, walked around for a little over 30 minutes to wake myself up, called my mom to tell her i wasn't going to class, then talked to adam for a little while, and of course got home early.
so narada didn't get complex manager. ugh. now we all get bumped back down to what we were before, leaving me at staff leader. we found out tuesday they were getting someone to come in from pittsburgh and he was in town by wednesday. jeez. i know i should be nice, but he looks like the biggest dork and pregnant. he's only worked for carmike for 3 months and doesn't know anything. he should not be allowed to be a GM yet. grr. he's nice and everything but there's something about him that annoys me & amy so much. he doesn't even know how to close..aye. it's gonna be a long next few weeks, especially since his g/f of 5 years won't be moving down with him, which means since he knows nobody and has no friends he will literally be living at the theater (he's also sleeping at sun suits which is on the other side of our parking lot). oh, and his g/f? ok, i'll be nice and won't say anything more against him...and just in case, it was not gonna be anything mean against his g/f. work last night wasn't too bad though. me & amy worked door and did theater checks and since #4 was getting complaints of smelling moldy (all ivan's fault) we went febreeze crazy. we ended up going in almost all the theaters spraying the curtains and seats and then we also each had a can of febreeze air freshener that smelled V good. people were coming out of their movies and we heard many comments of *sniff sniff* ooh, something smells good! yay
me & amy told shaun last night that we wish he would've been the GM since narada didn't get it. if the new guy doesn't work out (hopefully he won't) shaun will have no choice but to go over there *finger crossed* annette also told him about all her nordquist stories and i think he laughed harder than i did..lmao.
so this other guy from the summit, jimmy, came over again today to see how things were going. good god. so he asked the normal "how are you and how's it been today" then he said that he saw me up there with my friends last weekend and tried to get my attention and such (i didn't hear him) and then he asked if one of them were my b/f (this is when my internal eyes started rolling) and when i said no he asked if i had a boyfriend and i said no and then he asked if there was anyone and i told him there is someone i like and then he started saying stuff like any guy would be lucky to have me and that i'm a sweet girl and that he started thinking about me earlier in the week and then he repeated what he told me last weekend about me being pretty and such. thank god annette got back from her break and threw a tacobell bag at me..lol. i am getting very tired of black dudes hitting on me. errr
speaking of annette, she's getting violent with me. lol, she's supposed to be having surgery sometime in the near future and she's said she wants to try and quit smoking by then. well i've tried to stop her and so far all i've done is been threatened to have my boob burned with her putting her lighter pretty damn close to me. twice. *hums james' song* i will never forget that song..lmao. great stuff.
welp, tis time for me to finish watching my movie then go to bed so have fun!
