oh, jeebus. who's pregnant now?

my current information includes the following:
- the girls are selling poptab bracelets for $5 each; money goes to the bergums.
- there is a trust fund open over at the guaranty bank in the lakeville rainbow; grace worked there.
- funeral will be saturday at 11. we are assuming it'll be at their church in savage, but we're not positive yet. i'll keep you updated.

If you really want to know who's pregnant, I'll call and tell you. Such information is not subject to the public view. She did drama stuff for a while.

Where can I get the pop tab bracelets, and PLEASE keep me posted on funeral details...I really wanna go, and I don't want to start telling people about it until I know all the facts.

There's apparently going to be no wake, and it's a closed-casket funeral...which in both cases isn't a wonderful thing. The funeral is on Saturday at 11 at the Berean Baptist church in Burnsville on 42. Let me know if you need any more details...

On Friday evening, there was an accident on 494 in Eden Prarie on Valley View Road...an SUV carrying an enormous camper trailer for some reason began swerving uncontrollably and crashed through the median, hitting another SUV head-on going the opposite direction. In that SUV, it was the Begum family...Katie's dad and younger sister, Grace, were both instantly killed. Katie's brother Jake is currently hospitalized in critical condition, under a drug-induced coma as he had brain swelling from the injury, and they had to operate to relieve some of the pressure on his brain. Katie and her mom sustained injuries, but relatively minor considering the other fatalities in the family. Katie and her mom are both out of the hospital, and I'm not sure how bad her mom's injuries are, but I know she's with her son. Katie's at home, and I know for sure that she had a gash on her forehead that required stitches and she was pretty banged up, but she's recovering. That's all we know at the moment.

O goodness, that is such an awful thing! I heard bout that, but not the whole story...I cant believe that, it is unimaginable!! They are definatly in my thoughts! :(:(:(

I hate to laugh, but, you know me, love. Someone's gotta shed happiness in this world of dispair. So, I missed the first line of your post, and read the part about the Bergums, and then the part about birth control. Definitely a little perplexing. Or, would have been, had I not been privvy to that situation as well.

P.S. if you could somehow get ahold of one of those poptab bracelets for me, I'd love one and would definitely get the money to you somehow. Mayhap one for teh brother, too. Thanks.
