my poem(s)
i am posting a poem in my next entry. one that sometimes i like, and sometimes i dont. but its mine, and that's the way its always going to be with what i write. one's piece may come to an end, but it is always unfinished.
anyway, the purpose of the entry is to alert those listed as friends, who wish to read it, who are not signed in, to do so to read it. i am locking the entry containing my poem because of past experiences. as flattering as it is to see people can relate enough to want to use verses, lines, whatever from what i write, they are my words. if they begin to pop up everywhere without my permission, my words become anonymous and boring, and i lose my sense of pride for my accomplishment. as weird as that sounds, it is how i feel - if i made any sense at all.
so please, do read it if you wish, but please dont take my words without my permission.
