Orlando Concert Full Version
So, we left Fort Myers at 8:30am heading toward Orlando. We had a lot of miles ahead of us. By the time 10am came along we were half way there. We almost got lost once at Brandenton but we got back on track soon enough. When we finally got to the club it was 12:24. We ran across a busy street to go to the restroom since there didn't seem to be any nearby. When we came back we waited by the bus. The barricades were right next to the door as the previous pic of Die going in indicates. We're standing there and here he comes waltzing from inside. I'm freaking out since it's the first time I've ever seen him before. Thank God my brother was ready with the camera as he turned and smiled at us waiting there. There were several people in line already but most of them were waiting by the bus to get a glimpse of the band before they went in. I struck up a conversation with some people there and of course the topic of conversation was Dir en grey and the difference in music while they were VK and now. Some people hated Marrow, others loved it. Two types of fans but still speaking on civil terms. I hate hostile fans.
So, the door opens and here comes Die again and he's walking with Kaoru back inside the club. Of course, Leader-sama never turns around XD Not even a wave, lmao That's the last we see of them. Ten minutes later, the door opens again and lo and behold, it's Toshiya! My brother had gone off to buy food and took the camera by the time Die and Kaoru had gone so once again I missed taking pics of them T.T We all yelled for Toshiya to turn around and he does, flashing a grin and a wave. His head is not completely bald now. He has a little peach fuzz. So we're waiting again, and then the opens AGAIN! Nora, the translator walks out, and Kyo is right beside her!! I freaked out and so did everyone else as we yelled. He NEVER turns around, walking swiftly inside. I only saw his back but he's wearing an emerald track suit and as he turns, he's also wearing a breathing mask over his mouth and nose. After that, Shinya comes out at last. He turns to us and waves shyly before moving inside. He looked so pretty in his jeans and long sleeved jacket! His hair was amazing!
We get inside and have to suffer through an hour of the opening band. Human something or other. Some guys actually seemed to know the lyrics and were moshing. Very annoying actually. They kept hitting people. The singer even yelled "Let's get a mosh started!" and I wanted to throw something at him -_-; The funny thing is that at the last song I was yelling, "Just shut up and jump!" And HERE he comes! He jumped into the crowd, kicked a girl in the face and nearly sending my glasses flying. >.< Shoulda kept my mouth shut rofl
So, suddenly after a while Sa Bir starts to play. I miss GDS T.T I wanted to hear it, but oh well. They played the same songs as in Fort Lauderdale. Grief, Repetition of Hatred, Lie Buried with a Vengence, Agitated Screams (and the unplugged version as well, I believe. Not too sure since it was crazy in the crowd), Ryoujoku no Ame, Dozing Green, Clever Sleazoid, and the shocker for a lot of us, Obscure. The set list stayed the same except that this time they played Glass Skin. The crowd was crazy, pressing against all of us and threatening to overwhelm all of us. I was suffocating at one point by the time they reached close to the end and suddenly, I feel water hit me in the face. Kaoru, you wonderful man, you saved me! Seriously XD I was dying for a moment there. By the end I was exhausted but when Clever Sleazoid came out I was reenergized!! The last song was The III D Empire I believe. I was gone by then.
So, they start carting us all out of the club as soon as possible and then we're all waiting around outside for the band to come. We waited until 11pm but they still hadn't come out or had already boarded the bus. I know that Shinya and Toshiya were still in the club cause we saw them pass by. We had to leave though cause we had to drive almost 200 miles back to Fort Myers. Well, the camera that I have has a shattered screen and thus you never know what you're aiming at. So the pictures aren't the best, and not to metion I kept getting shoved and stepped and squashed.
