It's amazing how easy and hassle-free it is to pay bills. Researching the most efficient technologies for payment collection is probably top priority at the R&D departments of huge corporations. There's almost zero waiting time, save for the time you spend waiting for the people before you, no questions to agonize over and no need to explain yourself.
If only we could get customer service half as pleasant, I'm sure no person alive would mind paying for their bills, ever.

I hate the sight of road accidents.
For all the wrong reasons though. I'm not particularly concerned with the well-being of the drivers and passengers involved, nor do I really think about how much money and time it will cost them to have their cars back in never-as-good condition. i probably should be, but I'm not because I'm selfish, and all I can think of is how much time I'm losing while the nosy drivers in front of me who don't care equally as much as I do take their sweet time surveying the damage and giving their expert opinion to themselves or other people who don't care either. It's broken glass, twisted metal and flashing lights, just like any other road accident. Unless you collect photos of car crashes, are an insurance agent, or are actually going to stop and help (whatever the hell that would take), please move along. I don't want to be late.
