a wonderful thing has happened today!

so imagine my surprise (and glee!) when i come home to discover the internet on my sweet new-ish comp. from my bro....yep i know. so here i am updating the good old lj...downloading the sweet new aim and just having a marvelous time. i'm not sure what to talk about since i haven't updated since this summer but i guess i'll just talk about last night. it was rach's 16th b-day and it was super sweet....and then today i chilled with rachel and did nothing. absolutely nothing. well i guess that's a lie....we played littlest petshop (an old childhood fav of mine...which i can't understand now) and we didn't really know the rules but we figured...hey if small children can play it we should be able to as well. then we wanted to play some mall craziness game that like talks to you but there were no directions for that either and it was tres confusing....the little electronic box just kept saying hello blue hello yellow hello red....it was scary.... so we gave up on that and played the american girl dolls game. it was quite amusing. i have to brush up on my american girl dolls knowledge tho....i still beat rachel but i only got like 2 trivia questions right. well anyways tonight i am hanging with jacob (who i have missed soooo much) and clare (who i saw this morning....but still). it should be a grand old time. ahh i can't believe school is almost starting again....although katie porritt did make my break when she told me that we don't have school on monday (which i def. didn't know). i haven't done any hw and i was supposed to start that today but instead i played childhood games and watched titanic....i am disappointed in myself....but i got internet so all is right with the world!!!! yay!!!!!!!!!!!
