Haven't checked in for a few days. The weekend was pretty fun. Ryan and I drove up to Salinas for the weekend. His grandma was having a bbq and she wanted us to come up since she couldn't make it for his graduation in May. My parents drove down from Santa Rosa as well. I did good for the most part eating wise. On our way out of town, we made a salmon salad at home instead of eating out along the way. Saturday, we out to breakfast with his mom and I ordered the veggie crepes with hashbrown and fruits. I ate 1 of the 2 crepes and all the fruits. I also ate 2 bites of potatoes. I was really hungry for the bbq and thats where I slipped a little. I had like 8-9 chicken wings and a couple cookies. But I ate very light for dinner. I ate crab and salad. I skipped all the fatty sides like macaronni salad and brocolli/cheese. Today I went to the gym by their house. We were able to get a guest pass for the day. Yay for that! So that means I worked out 6 days last week. I ordered a breakfast of 2 eggs, potatoes and a biscuit. I ate it all and didn't feel guilty. Thats pretty much all I have eaten today, so I need to start eating pretty soon. Hope I have something yummmy in the kitchen.
