Today a dream that has been wanting to become reality has come true. After thirteen long years of waiting I will finally be seeing Lion King Broadway, August 27th @ 8pm. Ugh, sooooo far away >: But, I got my tickets a bit cheaper than the general public due to my Chase credit card, so I have a big wide grin on my face like Timon and the epicness that this is.
About a half hour ago, my phone rings and I look and it's Zach. Um, he knows I'm at work, right? He was just texting me not five minutes ago! I answer and he's like "Hey Krista, I know you're at work but I need to tell you something cause it wouldn't make sense on text!" Um... okay you weirdo! It was something funny with his dad that he related to Naruto that I don't quite get, but whatever. HEY A PHONE CALL! Huh, I think that's the first time he's said my name in verbally talking to me.
Week from today is Fannatiku! Schedule is up and nothing really interests me except the VA panels, but that's normal for the Utah cons. Though the Anime Dating Game produces much lols and the viewing rooms are good ways to watch something new. Either way, I'll be there with Zach, gab & fault so it'll be great fun anyway!
Tomorrow Vern and Jenny are going to start moving in and then the house will be chaotic. Good news is that Dad has gotten some work this week, and this is very good news indeed. Praying that it continues and work picks up again. Vern was going to apply for some business firms and see if he can get a job. Jenny has a job lined up in April and will work through the summer. Where that puts their kid I don't know. Do they seriously not think about it? Anyway, so tomorrow I'll most likely be babysitting. May be able to run away in the evening.
