And, of course, if they fired her, she'd claim it was because they were being sexist against a pregnant woman.

If it were up to me, I would have fired her in that two-week Prove Yourself period. I'd never hire a pregnant woman. Too unreliable with being sick and moody and airheady. She's taken sooooo many days off and she doesn't get paid sick or vacation yet!
